Bouncie causing Alarm to go off when locking car

I have a 2018 Mini Countryman, and with Bouncie installed, and I lock my car, within a minute to ninety seconds the alarm in the Mini will go off, then if I unlock and lock the car again, it is fine.  If I have Bouncie removed, this never occurs.  Is there anything that can be done to eliminate this issue? Is there a firmware upgrade that might be coming to fix this issue?
