Returning 3G Device during upgrade

When returning the 3G devices for the upgrade, is a prepaid label to ship them back provided ?

    When you drop off the old device, we will apply the appropriate credit to your account right away!

    Once we receive the old device, we will ensure all data is cleared and dispose of the device sustainably.

    You will be able to initiate a Happy Return as part of the 4G order process.

      Matthew Twyman Where is the QR code?  Do I need something from Happy Returns? Do I just go to FedEx and slap it on the counter?  This is a great answer without any details on actually how to return the device.

      Matthew Twyman I received a 3G model from my amazon order for some reason (the other 10 bouncies I received were all 4G). How do I go about returning this for a 4G model? I cannot activate it. Please advise.

    Swapped out my 3 devices with the replacements, printed the QR code from the email and dropped them off at FedEx. Super easy and instantly received credit to my account.
