No Notifications for Additional Device

I just purchased a second bouncie for my son's car, it's tracking properly but I am not getting any notifications for that vehicle.  I have geo zones, impact and curfew selected but not getting them. All the notifications for my original vehicle are coming through properly.  Anyone been in this situation before?
