4G Update

As a result of the global semiconductor shortage, we are experiencing significant inventory challenges with our 4G devices. We are actively monitoring our supply chain, and we are hopeful that later in 2021, the situation will improve.

We expect 3G devices will continue to operate without interruption into 2022. Once the supply pressure begins to lessen, we hope to determine a possible buy-back program for current 3G devices.

We don't expect to have any official announcements until later this summer.
