No more notifications in iOS 15
I just upgraded my iPhone and the new one came pre-loaded with iOS 15. While the Bouncie app works well, it does not send me notifications (like on iOS 14) even though other apps are sending notifications correctly… I tried a lot to no avail:
- reboot
- uninstall & reinstall
- install on my iPad (which is also on iOS 15): no Bouncie notifications there either
Is it a known issue? Let me know…

David Ray Yes, the Bouncie support team reached out to me on IM and fixed my issue. Though it got broken again a couple of days ago due to my updating to iOS 15.1.
And here is the fix that worked for me (in iOS 15.1 too):
- sign out from Bouncie
- uninstall it completely
- reboot the phone
- disable any VPN temporarily if any
- install Bouncie
- login into your account and make sure to allow notifications
That worked for me: I just received a couple of notifications this morning.
