Bouncie Non Responsive
The Bouncie device in our E53 stopped working altogether. I pulled it and reinserted to ensure it was fully seated, but it is completely non-responsive. Support is atrocious to non-existent - Chat feature link is completely non-responsive on any browser. What gives?
