Bouncie not showing activity
I registered my device using the IMEI number but after driving the vehicle for 15 minutes I am not seeing any activity on the map. Is there more to registering the device than that? The bouncie chat is not working for me and I don't see very good instructions on the site.

I apologize that you are having difficulty getting started. I am not sure why chat.bouncie.com is not working for you.
I recommend sending an email to hi@bouncie.com, and the Client Experience team can work with you to get things up and running. -

Got it up and running! Apparently, activating the device is insufficient. The vehicle must be added as well.
